Abstract

Cavalry scout mentality. Easygoing until the shooting started, then absolutely focused. Went ahead of everyone else and reported back what was waiting. Less mythology-heavy than Cipher or Wavelength. More human-scale. The operative kids related to because his skills were observational, not exotic.
