Abstract
A rare active Power Cell entered the black market and drew all factions into the hunt. Most Power Cells the team had encountered were depleted, but this one was dangerously alive, causing Wakefinder spikes and environmental distortions.

Power Cells got clear rules within the mythology here. Rare, dangerous, stored Axis/Nexus charge that could wake other objects and destabilize nearby sites. Relic appeared as the ENIGMA buyer, with a command-room reference tying the acquisition to Viceroy's longer collection strategy. Jai Lei was name-dropped.
