Abstract

After repeated encounters with enhanced ENIGMA troops, Axle volunteered to test controlled Axis exposure as a countermeasure. It worked briefly and spectacularly. Then the side effects started and Triage shut it down. C.H.A.O.S. could study Axis energy, but it could not become HELIX. That line held.
