Abstract
Trace led the team through a real-time intelligence build, pulling together Sector records, Titan anomalies, Keeper warnings, Volker's captured logistics data, Jai Lei's underworld package, Vitals's testimony, and Starwatch orbital scans into a single operational picture of Northgate. No single institution had the whole map. Each had a piece, and C.H.A.O.S. built the final picture from fragments because nobody else had the mandate or the willingness to combine sources that were never meant to talk to each other.

An active investigation episode driven by the process of discovery. Each source filled gaps the others couldn't, and contradictions between them revealed things none of the individual sources intended to share. Jai Lei's package included facility routes and warnings about which ENIGMA commanders would behave predictably under pressure. Wayfarer contributed through maps and route mnemonics that Vitals had carried back.
