Abstract

ENIGMA's archaeology and artifact expert. Vale was not a cackling villain but he had a certain nervous excitement in his demeanor. And why not? He believed that he was decoding the greatest buried system in human history. His appearance slotted him as the most academic-looking villain in the line.
