Dynastic hidden adversary. Graves weapons empire.
Abstract
A 350-year-old weapons dynasty that started with a Thirty Years' War fortune and a discovery in a Bohemian mine. Ten generations of accumulated knowledge, stolen Keeper secrets, and infiltrated government research. ENIGMA didn't consider itself evil. It considered itself the only institution with the patience to manage the hidden war.
Archive Notes
Founded when the Graves family discovered an Axis node through deep mining in the 1640s. Formalized in the 1820s after absorbing knowledge from a betrayed Keeper elder.
Victor Graves (Viceroy) was the tenth generation. He modernized ENIGMA with HELIX, recruited John Krachus, and infiltrated the Sector framework through Titan Dynamics.
The Orchestrated Strikes of 1982-83 were not destruction. They were mapping: provoking responses to reveal every player's position.
