Abstract

The classified designation for everything Axis-related inside the U.S. government. Not a team. A classification level and coordination protocol from 1946 until the Orchestrated Strikes proved it couldn't handle an operational threat.

Archive Notes

Created after WWII artifact discoveries. Projects Bedrock, Wavelength, Cornerstone, Deepwell, Mirror, and Threshold operated under Sector authority.

Titan Dynamics secured the primary research contract in 1953. ENIGMA had access to classified Axis research for three decades.

The 1963 contingency document, a theoretical response team never funded, later served as the authorization framework for C.H.A.O.S.
