Abstract

Jai Lei stepped out of rumor and into the story. He approached C.H.A.O.S. with intelligence about an ENIGMA finance route, a Keeper splinter channel, and a false artifact sale. The Keepers refused to define his allegiance. He knew about Cipher's Keeper significance before anyone told him. Motives ambiguous.
