Echelon Command Base assault.
Abstract
C.H.A.O.S. located and assaulted ENIGMA's central command facility, Echelon Command Base. The operation was a partial success. They damaged ENIGMA's logistics chain and recovered Volker's routing files, but Echelon was a node, not the heart. Viceroy remained calm in the command center long enough to give Omen final authorization, then withdrew before the team could reach him.

Echelon playset got its major screen showcase with full vehicle deployment on both sides. Omen oversaw the evacuation with disciplined calm that made Krachus look reckless by comparison. Trace found shell company structures connecting Titan, ENIGMA, and artifact channels, but the real command architecture was more distributed than expected.
