Abstract

Viceroy's inner-circle enforcer and head of the Shadow Guard. Where Krachus was useful volatility, Omen was controlled loyalty. He was visible in brief command scenes during the 1987 episodes, with his full field debut in Episode 40 revealing the command layer between Krachus and Viceroy.

Archive Notes

After the movie, Omen preserved ENIGMA in Viceroy's absence. The Fragments material was built around his Crowe Directive.
