Episode 20: The Architect
Saga finale. Viceroy's first contact.
Abstract
Garrison kept the Asterion Index under C.H.A.O.S. control. The Keepers warned him that he had taken responsibility for something older and more dangerous than he understood. Then Viceroy contacted C.H.A.O.S. directly for the first time. Calm, measured, and genuinely terrifying because it sounded reasonable. The audience finally saw the architect behind ENIGMA's escalation.

"You have something that belongs to the future. I intend to keep the world alive. We will speak again." The saga ended with a three-way standoff and Cipher carrying Keeper knowledge he couldn't bring himself to share with his friends. From here forward, Viceroy became a recurring villain-side presence in briefings, oversight scenes, and communications with his commanders.
